- 1 lb. cooked and deveined shrimp
- 1 (2 1/4 oz.) jar mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted or cooking oil
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. dried bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. melted margarine or cooking oil
Directions

1Cut large shrimp in half.

2Cook mushrooms, green pepper and onion in margarine until tender.

3Stir in mushroom soup, cheese and pepper.

4Heat, stirring constantly, until cheese melts.

5Stir in shrimp.

6Pour into a well-greased 1-quart casserole.

7Combine crumbs and margarine.

8Sprinkle over top of shrimp mixture.

9Bake in hot oven at 400° for 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated and crumbs are brown.
