  • 1 Butter sustitute
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 bunch Mixed greens
  • 2 mushrooms
  • 1 dash Yellow onion
  • 1 Avacado
  • 1 slice Turkey
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1/4 cup Low fat cheese
  • 1 slice Whole wheat bread

Directions

    Heat pan over medium heat and lube with butter substitute

    Scramble eggs

    Chop turkey & all veggies together except avacado

    Slice avacado seperatly

    Pour eggs in pan

    Let eggs fully cook on one side

    Flip eggs over

    Add cheese

    Add chopped veggies & turkey

    Fold omlette in half

    Toast bread

    Top omlette with sliced avacado & hot sauce of choice
