- 2 Eggs
- 1 bunch Mixed greens
- 2 mushrooms
- 1 dash Yellow onion
- 1 Avacado
- 1 slice Turkey
- 1 Tomato
- 1/4 cup Low fat cheese
- 1 slice Whole wheat bread
Directions

1Heat pan over medium heat and lube with butter substitute

2Scramble eggs

3Chop turkey & all veggies together except avacado

4Slice avacado seperatly

5Pour eggs in pan

6Let eggs fully cook on one side

7Flip eggs over

8Add cheese

9Add chopped veggies & turkey

10Fold omlette in half

11Toast bread

12Top omlette with sliced avacado & hot sauce of choice
