Ingredients
- 2 c. sliced carrots
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
- 1 medium head iceberg lettuce, shredded
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. celery, sliced
- 1/2 c. chopped Bermuda onion
- 2/3 c. sliced stuffed olives
- 1 lb. cooked bacon, crumbled
- Blender Mayonnaise (recipe follows)
- 1 tsp. sugar
- whole stuffed olives
- parsley
Directions

1Cook the carrots in small amount of boiling salted water until crisp-tender.

2Drain and chill.

3Cook the peas according to package instructions.

4Drain and chill.

5Place the lettuce

6in large glass or other salad bowl and season with salt and pepper. Arrange the carrots, celery, peas, onion, sliced olives and bacon in layers over lettuce.

7Spread 1 cup Blender Mayonnaise over top and sprinkle with sugar.

8Garnish with whole olives and parsley and serve with remaining Blender Mayonnaise.

9Commercial mayonnaise may be substituted for Blender Mayonnaise.

10Makes 8 to 10 servings.
