  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. whipping cream, unwhipped

Directions

    Cream softened cheese and sugar.

    Add eggs, beating after each, sour cream, lemon juice, vanilla flavoring and whipping cream. Spread into pan with prepared crust.

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Bake for 1 hour.

    Turn oven off and leave in closed oven for another hour.
