  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1 can cherry or apple or peach pie filling
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Mix the first 3 ingredients well and put in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake 10 minutes at 350°.

    Spread pie filling over top of first mixture.
  4. 4
    Blend sour cream and egg.
  5. 5
    Spread over top and bake 25 minutes longer at 350°.
