  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 c. minced onions
  • 1 pound green beans, cooked & liquid removed
  • 1/2 pound wax beans, cooked & liquid removed
  • 1 pound lima beans
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon grnd black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. minced parsley

Directions

    Heat the oil in a skillet; saute/fry the onions 10 min.

    Toss with the green, wax and lima beans.

    Season with the salt and pepper.

    Sprinkle with the parsley before serving.
