Three Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1/2 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans
  • 1 (16 oz.) can cut wax beans
  • 1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion

Directions

    Drain beans, while draining chop the onion.

    In a large bowl, stir first 4 ingredients until blended, add remaining ingredients, toss to mix well.

    Cover and refrigerate.

    I make this at least 48 hours before serving.

    Stir several times a day.

    When ready to serve, drain with slotted spoon.

    Single serving is enough for 8 people.
