- 1 can waxed beans
- 1 can green beans
- 1 can lima beans
- 2 onions
- 2 green peppers
- 1 red pepper
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 c. white vinegar
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Drain vegetables overnight.

2Mix vinegar, sugar, salad oil, salt and pepper to taste.

3Bring to a boil and cool down.

4Pour over drained vegetables and let stand one day before eating.
