  • 3 c. macaroni, cooked in unsalted water and drained
  • 1 (11 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. (2 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    In 1 1/2-quart casserole, combine hot macaroni, soup, milk, seasonings, 1/4 cup each of Swiss, Cheddar and Parmesan cheese and 1/2 can French fried onions.

    Bake, covered, at 350° for 25 minutes or until heated through.

    Top with remaining cheeses and onions; bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
