  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh lemon zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
