  • 1 small shallot, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoon(s) fresh thyme leaves
  • 8 teaspoon(s) olive oil Kosher salt and pepper
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced into 12 rounds

Top the fish with the asparagus, capers, shallot and thyme on top.
