  • 1 cups white onion, julienned
  • 1 cups poblano chili pepper, julienned
  • 3/4 cups red bell pepper, julienned
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoons butter
  • 4 teaspoons jerk seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 4 orange slices, unpeeled
