  • 1 pound Tilapia Fillets
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 cups Butter
  • 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice

Directions

    Cut tilapia into 2x 2 inch cubes.

    Put butter in a skillet with lemon juice and allow butter to melt.

    Add chopped garlic and saute for about 2 minutes.

    Add cut up fish fillets and cook on medium heat, turning frequently until flaky.

    The butter and lemon will coat the fish and slightly brown it.

    To serve spoon melted butter over each portion as you plate it.
