Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. zucchini
  • 1 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning or sage
  • 1 c. grated Tillamook cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper

Directions

    Cut up zucchini and cook in small amount of water until tender and nearly dry.

    Mash and mix with other ingredients.

    Place in well-greased casserole and top with additional grated cheese and bake at 375° until puffed and golden brown.
