- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 (7 ounce) can chipotle chiles in adobo
- 4 roma tomatoes
- 14 tostadas
- lettuce

Directions

1Boil chicken in large pot.

3Heat oil in a large skillet and saute onion until transparent about 5 minutes.

4Add chicken and saute another 5 minutes.

5In a blender blend desired amount of tomatoes and chipotle peppers until smooth

6Pour mixture into skillet and simmer about 15 minutes.

7Serve on tostadas and top with sour cream and lettuce.
