  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3/4 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate mini-morsels, melted
  • whipped cream

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Grease miniature muffin pans with butter.

    Sprinkle 1 tablespoon chocolate crumbs into each muffin cup.

    Beat cream cheese at high speed until fluffy.

    Add sugar; beat well.

    Add eggs; beat well.

    Stir in melted chocolate.

    Spoon 1 teaspoon into each muffin cup.
