- 1/2 c. butter
- 3/4 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate mini-morsels, melted
- whipped cream
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease miniature muffin pans with butter.

3Sprinkle 1 tablespoon chocolate crumbs into each muffin cup.

4Beat cream cheese at high speed until fluffy.

5Add sugar; beat well.

6Add eggs; beat well.

7Stir in melted chocolate.

8Spoon 1 teaspoon into each muffin cup.

9Bake for 20 minutes.

10Cool on wire racks 5 minutes.

11Can be prepared 2 days ahead or frozen for 1 month.
