11. when your going to deep fry or pan fried heat oil put bamboo chopsticks or bamboo utensils into oil if it bubbles its hot enough to fry if it doesn't bubble check till it bubbles but dont leave in oil

3when boiling water for pasta add olive oil to water then kosher salt it will cause salt to float and spead evenly

27when you hand cut homemade pasta if you cutting on a diaginal cut use the hand you dont write with first then use the hand you do write with cutting across you previous diaginal cut this way the pasta stays flat not bunching up

28if you are using a funnel to pour into a container and the subtance your pouring is sticky or thick you can use pam or another non-stick spray spray the inside of funnel and it should pour without sticking use a chopstick to help it through
