- 1 c. flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- ground pepper
- 1 lb. small sausage (vegetarian sausage may be substituted)
Directions

1Mix everything but sausage in a blender.

2Refrigerate for 1 hour.

3Preheat oven to 400°.

4Cook sausages.

5Arrange sausages in single layer in a 6 x 10 x 2-inch dish at least 1-inch apart. Moisten with 2 tablespoons of drippings.

6Pour batter over sausages and bake 30 minutes or until browned.

7Serve at once.
