  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 lb. small pork sausages

Directions

    Mix and blend flour, eggs, milk and seasonings to make smooth creamy batter.

    Refrigerate about 1 hour.

    Preheat oven to 400°. Prick sausage; cook in heavy covered skillet to which 2 tablespoons of water have been added for about 2 minutes.

    Remove cover and continue cooking until water has evaporated and sausage turns brown.
