- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 lb. small pork sausages
Directions

1Mix and blend flour, eggs, milk and seasonings to make smooth creamy batter.

2Refrigerate about 1 hour.

3Preheat oven to 400°. Prick sausage; cook in heavy covered skillet to which 2 tablespoons of water have been added for about 2 minutes.

4Remove cover and continue cooking until water has evaporated and sausage turns brown.
