  • 1 package frozen meat ravioli
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp milk
  • 3/4 cups breadcrumbs
  • 3 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp grated parmesan
  • Marinara sauce - for dipping

Directions

    Heat water to a boil and cook the ravioli for 1 minute. Drain.

    Beat the egg and milk in a bowl.

    Mix breadcrumbs and parmesan, and place in a separate bowl.

    Heat 2 inches of oil on medium-high heat in a pan.

    Dip each ravioli in the egg mix, then breadcrumbs.

    Fry the ravioli, flipping once, until golden.

    Serve with a side of warmed marinara sauce for dipping.
