- 1 Whole fryer, cut in parts
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 pkg. (1-3/4 oz.) chili seasoning mix
- 2 tsp. Accent flavor enhancer
- 1 c. Mazola Corn Oil
Directions

1With fork, beat egg and milk.

2In bowl mix together flour, seasoning mix and Accent.

3Dip chicken in egg; then in flour mixture.

4Heat corn oil in fry pan over medium heat.

5Add chicken and brown on all sides.

6Reduce heat. Cover and cook about 30 minutes or until fork can be inserted with ease.

7Drain.

8Serve hot or cold.
