- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips
Directions

1Butter a 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

2Spread pecans in the pan.

3Heat sugar and butter to boiling, stirring.

4Boil over medium heat, stirring constantly for 7 minutes.

5Immediately spread over pecans in pan.

6Sprinkle with chocolate chips over hot mixture.

7Place baking sheet over pan so chocolate will melt.

8Spread chocolate over candy while hot.

9Cut into squares or break into pieces when cool.

10Chill when firm.
