  • 1 c. real butter
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. water

Directions

    Combine ingredients in heavy skillet.

    Stir constantly over medium heat until light amber in color (7 to 10 minutes).

    This burns quickly!

    Pour this hot candy over chopped nuts, spread on waxed paper.

    Sprinkle with chocolate (I use milk chocolate) morsels, then spread chocolate over candy.

    Sprinkle nuts on top of melted chocolate.

    Let cool; break into pieces.

    Eat!
