- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 (4 oz.) bar milk chocolate candy
- 1 c. margarine or butter, softened
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Mix margarine, sugar, vanilla and egg yolk.

3Stir in flour and salt.

4Press dough in ungreased rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, with floured hands.

5Beat egg white and water; brush over dough.

6Sprinkle with cashew nuts; press lightly.

7Bake until light brown, about 25 minutes.

8Cool 10 minutes.

9Cut into 3-inch squares; cut each square diagonally into halves.

10Immediately remove from pan; cool completely.

11Drizzle with chocolate.

12Let stand until chocolate is set, about 2 hours. Makes 24 triangles.
