- 200 g Silky Tofu
- 200 g Bread flour
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 scant tsp instant yeast (a little less than 1 tsp)
- 2 cups Warm water for boiling
- 1 Tbsp Honey
Directions

1Wrap a tofu in paper towels and place tofu on the plate.

2Microwave about 20 seconds.

3(Please DO NOT cook too long!)

4Remove damp paper towels.

5Mix tofu, flour, sugar, salt and yeast in a bowl.

6Knead for about 10 minutes.

7Let rest for 10 minutes.

8Cut the dough into 4 equal sized pieces.

9Roll each piece into a rope.
-
10Put the two ends together and shape into a doughnut.

11Let rest for 10 minutes.

12Preheat oven to 375F/190C.

13Put a pot over the heat and add the honey into the boiled water.

14Boil bagel for 30 seconds.

15Turn them over and boil another 30 seconds.

16Bake for 15 minutes.
