  • 2 cup thumbs size pounded ginger
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 square soft tofu
  • 1 dash Brown sugar

Directions

    Steam soft tofu for 5 minute then set aside then can have chilled or room temperature.

    GINGER SYRUP

    Put all ingredients to a pan and bring it to a simmer for 5 minute till sauce thicken but still runnny

    Sieve syrup then set aside

    TO SERVE

    Plate tofu on a bowl then drizzle 2 tbsp of ginger syrup

    Top brown sugar
