Tofu Dip

Ingredients

  • 150~200g silken tofu (drain water in a sieve for 5 mins)
  • 1/4 onion (minced, sprinkle 1/2 tsp salt and stir, leave for 5 mins, pat dry with paper towels)
  • 1/2 can tuna
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tbsp dashi (or soy sauce)
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Directions

    Put tofu through a strainer with a spatula.

    Add all ingredients and stir well.

    Season with salt and pepper.
