- 1 lb. medium tofu
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. honey
- 1 c. strawberries (or fruit of choice)
- 2 bananas or 2 Tbsp. coconut
Directions

1Whip all ingredients in blender.

2Use a variety of fruit in season, strawberries, blueberries, peaches, bananas, oranges, apples, pears and pineapple.

3Keep tofu creams refrigerated before serving.

4Prepare fruit by cutting in bite size pieces, pour on the cream of your choice, garnish with nuts, coconut and minced fruit. Change fruits with the seasons to enjoy all year round.

5Serves 6 or more (depending on amount of fruit used).
