- 1 pkg. manicotti
- 1 pkg. tofu
- 1 pkg. frozen leaf spinach
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 2 pkg. George Washington rich brown seasoning
- 1 large jar your favorite spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Drain tofu.

2Mash into fine consistency with fork.

3Mix in George Washington broth and soy sauce.

4Mix in thawed and drained spinach.

5Stuff mixture into uncooked manicotti and place in greased baking dish.

6Cover manicotti with spaghetti sauce and place overnight in refrigerator.

7Bake, covered, about 50 minutes in a 350° oven.
