  • 1 pkg. manicotti
  • 1 pkg. tofu
  • 1 pkg. frozen leaf spinach
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 2 pkg. George Washington rich brown seasoning
  • 1 large jar your favorite spaghetti sauce

    Drain tofu.

    Mash into fine consistency with fork.

    Mix in George Washington broth and soy sauce.

    Mix in thawed and drained spinach.

    Stuff mixture into uncooked manicotti and place in greased baking dish.

    Cover manicotti with spaghetti sauce and place overnight in refrigerator.

    Bake, covered, about 50 minutes in a 350° oven.
