  • 1/4 cp ground walnuts
  • 1/4 cp rolled oats (I blend to make course crumbs)
  • 2 TB whole wheat flour (or more rolled oats/crumbs)
  • 1 TB chopped parsley (dried)
  • 1/4 cp minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp oregano (can add more)
  • 1/2 tsp. basil (can add more)
  • 1 -2 tsp. low-sodium tamari or shoyu (optional)
