Tofu Salad

  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c. shoyu
  • 1/2 c. green onions, chopped
  • 1 1/2 blocks tofu
  • 1 medium onion (Maui onions)
  • 1 can tuna or salmon
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 bunch watercress

Directions

    Heat oil and add garlic.

    Add shoyu and green onions.
  3. 3
    Bring to boil and turn off.

    In an 8 x 8-inch baking pan, slice tofu into cubes and lay in pan.

    Layer onion, tomato, cucumber, watercress and tuna.

    Pour sauce over it and refrigerate.
