- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. shoyu
- 1/2 c. green onions, chopped
- 1 1/2 blocks tofu
- 1 medium onion (Maui onions)
- 1 can tuna or salmon
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 cucumber
- 1/2 bunch watercress
Directions

1Heat oil and add garlic.

2Add shoyu and green onions.

3Bring to boil and turn off.

4In an 8 x 8-inch baking pan, slice tofu into cubes and lay in pan.

5Layer onion, tomato, cucumber, watercress and tuna.

6Pour sauce over it and refrigerate.
