Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups superfine sugar, divided
  • small pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered milk
  • boiling water
  • rum brandy, or whiskey as you prefer
  • nutmeg to taste

    In a small blow, beat eggs yolks until thick and set aside

    In a large bowl, beat egg whites with electric blender until stiff peaks form.

    Fold in 1/2 cup suger slowly

    Fold the beaten egg yolks into egg whites
  5. 5
    Add remaining sugar, salt and vanilla extract

    Slowly and gradually fold in the powdered milk

    Store in refrigerator up to one week. Mix if separated.

    To make a drink, add hot water and spirits to 2-3 spoonsful of Tom and Jerry Mix
