- 2 Land O Lakes Garlic & Herb Saute Express squares
- 1 pound tomatillos, husked, stems trimmed, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 small (1/2 cup) onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Melt Saute Express squares in 10-inch nonstick skillet until sizzling.

2Add tomatillos, onion; chili powder, cumin, garlic salt and ground red pepper; cook over medium heat 5-6 minutes or until tomatillos are tender.

3Remove from heat.

4Stir in salt.

5Cool 10 minutes.

6Place tomatillo mixture into food processor bowl fitted with metal blade.

7Pulse until small pieces remain.
