- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 c. water
- 2 pkg. lemon-flavored gelatin
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- dash of salt
- 1 c. celery, sliced thin
- 1/2 c. green pepper, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
Directions

1Bring tomato sauce and water to a boil.

2Add gelatin, vinegar and salt.

3Stir until dissolved.

4Chill until syrupy.

5Add remaining ingredients and pour into mold(s).

6Chill until set. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
