Tomato Bacon Squares

  • 8 slices bacon, crisply cooked
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 3 oz. Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayo
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1 can flaky biscuits (10 oz.)

Directions

    Coarsely chop bacon, tomato and onion with food chopper.

    Mix all ingredients except biscuits.

    Set aside.

    Separate each biscuit into 2 thinner halves.

    Press biscuit halves into bottom of the muffin tin.

    Put mixture into biscuits.

    Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 375° or until puffed and brown.
