- 8 slices bacon, crisply cooked
- 1 medium tomato
- 1/2 small onion
- 3 oz. Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. mayo
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 can flaky biscuits (10 oz.)
Directions

1Coarsely chop bacon, tomato and onion with food chopper.

2Mix all ingredients except biscuits.

3Set aside.

4Separate each biscuit into 2 thinner halves.

5Press biscuit halves into bottom of the muffin tin.

6Put mixture into biscuits.

7Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 375° or until puffed and brown.
