- 8 pieces toasted white bread, cut in large cubes
- 2 sticks melted butter
- 2 (16 oz.) cans tomato puree
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix puree, sugar and salt.

2Add 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Boil for a few minutes.

3Pour melted butter over bread.

4Then pour puree mixture over bread.

5Bake, uncovered, at 350° or 375° for 30 minutes.
