Tomato Chicken Rice

  • 2 lb. chicken tenders
  • 3 (28 oz.) cans chopped Italian tomatoes
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. each: garlic, onion powder and Italian seasonings
  • 4 bags Boil-in-Bag white rice
  • 2 c. favorite cheese

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°.

    In a 11 x 13 pan place chicken tenders. In large mixing bowl add tomatoes, sugar and seasonings. Mix well, then pour over chicken.

    Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. About 20 minutes before chicken is done start your rice according to box directions.
