- 5 -6 tomatoes
- 5 green chilies
- 12 teaspoon cumin seed
- 12 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 12 teaspoon coriander powder, leaves chopped
- salt
Directions

1Roast tomatoes and green chillies separately on open flame (preferably over live coal or alternatively on gas flame) till nicely done.

2Allow it to cool slightly.

3Peel off the outer skins of both tomatoes and green chillies.

4De-seed the chillies and chop.

5Chop tomatoes as well.

6Roast cumin seeds on a griddle.

7Powder them coarsely.

8Mix tomatoes and green chillies with the rest of the ingredients.

9Grind coarsely and voila!

10Tomato chutney is ready!
