- 6 to 8 leftover biscuits
- 1 qt. tomatoes (canned)
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- black pepper
Directions

1Split the biscuits in half and butter each half.

2Place a layer of biscuits on bottom of a large baking dish.

3Add tomatoes and sprinkle with salt, pepper and sugar.

4Add layers of biscuits, salt, pepper and sugar until all have been used.

5Finish with tomatoes.

6Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
