  • 2 12 cups tomatoes, Diced
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 1 (4 ounce) can mild green chilies, drain or 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 12 lemon, juice of
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, Chopped or 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin, Ground

Directions

    Combine the ingredients in the container of a food processor.

    Pulse on and off until the mixture is a coarse puree.

    Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
