- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 3 c. canned tomatoes
- 5 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. chopped black olives
- 1 c. dry bread crumbs
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Melt 4 tablespoons margarine in skillet.

2Stir in crumbs and toast until brown.

3Set aside.

4Melt 2 tablespoons margarine in pan.

5Stir in onion.

6Brown until golden.

7Add tomatoes, tapioca and seasoning.

8Cook 5 minutes.

9Butter casserole and put in layer of crumbs.

10Add tomato mixture, cheese and olives repeatedly.

11Top with remaining crumbs.

12Bake 40 minutes at 350°.
