Tomato Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 None onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 (14 oz can) crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup white wine or fish stock
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce
  • 8 oz raw shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails on
  • 1 cup cubed fetta
  • 8 None green onions, sliced

Directions

    Heat oil in a large frying pan on medium. Saute onion and garlic, 1-2 minutes, until tender.

    Stir in tomatoes, white wine or stock and chili sauce. Season to taste. Simmer, 2-3 minutes.

    Add shrimp, feta and green onions. Simmer for 3 minutes, until shrimp change colur and are tender. Serve with boiled rice and salad, if you like.
