- 1 (16 oz.) can tomato wedges in tomato juice
- 1 tsp. instant beef bouillon
- 3 c. shredded green cabbage
Directions

1Drain tomato juice and reserve.

2In medium skillet, heat tomato liquid and bouillon until it dissolves.

3Stir in cabbage. Cover tightly.

4Cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5Stir in tomatoes.

6Cover, cook until cabbage is crisp-tender and tomatoes are heated through, about 3 to 5 minutes (45 calories each serving).
