Ingredients
- 1 peck tomatoes (8 qt.)
- 3 medium onions, chopped
- 1 to 2 hot peppers
- 3 green peppers, chopped
- garlic powder to taste
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. flour with a little water to make thickening
Directions

1Cook tomatoes, onions, peppers and garlic powder together until done (about 2 hours).

2Run through sieve and then add sugar, salt, celery seed, margarine and flour.

3Cook until thick.

4Seal in clean hot jars.

5Makes 9 to 12 pints.
