- 2 stalks celery
- 2 onions
- 2 peppers
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. canning salt
- 1 c. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. butter
Directions

1Cook vegetables.

2Put through tomato strainer.

3Put back on stove.

4Bring to boil.

5Add salt, sugar and butter; add water to cornstarch to make paste.

6When this comes to rolling boil, seal in pint or quart jars.
