- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 3 large tomatoes
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
Directions

1Cook broccoli using package directions for 1/2 time; drain. Slice tomatoes 3/4-inch thick.

2Reserve 2 tablespoons cheese. Combine remaining cheese, broccoli and onion in bowl; mix well. Arrange tomatoes in shallow baking pan.

3Spoon broccoli mixture over tomatoes.

4Sprinkle with reserved cheese.

5Broil 7 to 8 inches from heat source for 6 to 8 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and tomato slices are heated through.
