- 2-3 large tomatoes
- 1 frozen pie shell
- dijon mustard

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Prick the frozen pie shell. Spread the pie shell with a thin layer of dijon mustard.

3Spread the swiss cheese over the mustard.

4Then lay the sliced tomatoes in a tightly packed single layer.

5Bake for 45 min. or until the crust is golden.
