- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 29 oz crushed tomatoes
- 1 1/2 tsp ground turmeric powder
- 1 annatto powder
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 cup broken jasmine rice
- 1 1/2 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp sweet basil
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Heat the margarine in a pot add rice fry rice till it turns white

2Add water and tomatoes

3Add spices

4Cook stirring often

5When the rice is erupting put cover on it turn off heat let rest undisturbed for 7 minutes
