  • 1 c. oats
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 large bananas
  • 1 box yellow cake mix

    Mix butter, frosting mix and oats; set aside.

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Grease and flour Bundt pan.

    Beat eggs, sour cream, bananas and cake mix.

    Pour 1/3 batter in pan and then crumb mixture; repeat.

    Bake 50 to 60 minutes.

    Cool in pan 15 minutes.
