- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1 lb. franks, sliced 1/2-inch thick
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed bean and bacon soup (undiluted)
- 1 soup can milk
- 1 pkg. corn muffin mix
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2In hot butter in skillet, saute onion, green pepper and celery until tender.

3Stir in franks, mustard, soup and milk.

4Turn into 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.

5Prepare muffin mix as label directs.

6Pour over franks mixture.

7Bake 35 minutes or until corn muffin mix is done.

8Makes 8 servings.
